For Junior Suites and One-Bedroom Villas, we allow cancellation up to 14 days prior to the reservation, with a $35 cancellation fee. At the time of booking, 1 night of the stay will be charged, with the remainder due at check-in.
For the Junonia Grand Suite, we allow cancellation up to 30 days prior to the reservation, with a $35 cancellation fee. At the time of booking, 1 night of the stay will be charged. 30 days prior to the reservation, half of the remaining balance of the reservation is due and is non-refundable once submitted. Optional deposit protection will be offered for this unit.
When can I check in?
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and our lobby is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, a pin pad lockbox will be available for arrivals and departures.
Can guests bring t heir own beach supplies?
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach supplies for use during their stay.
