How is my reservation confirmed?
Once a request to book has been submitted, A Beachview Villas representative will reach out to the phone number provided in the submission to confirm the reservation.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not permitted at Beachview Villas.
What is your cancellation policy?
- For Junior Suites and One-Bedroom Villas, we allow cancellation up to 14 days prior to the reservation, with a $35 cancellation fee. At the time of booking, 1 night of the stay will be charged, with the remainder due at check-in.
- For the Junonia Grand Suite, we allow cancellation up to 30 days prior to the reservation, with a $35 cancellation fee. At the time of booking, 1 night of the stay will be charged. 30 days prior to the reservation, half of the remaining balance of the reservation is due and is non-refundable once submitted. Optional deposit protection will be offered for this unit.
When can I check in?
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and our lobby is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, a pin pad lockbox will be available for arrivals and departures.
Are th ere beach chairs available?
Beach chair service is available for rent at an additional cost.
